While my husband and I were on our way down to Destin, FL, it began to rain. My brand new right windshield wiper blade flew off. Thankfully Brannen was only a couple miles down the road. We pulled up to see the service department was extremely busy and thought we were going to have to wait awhile. The service advisor at the front desk came out right away to get the VIN # to make sure to get the correct ones. A service technician followed him out and double checked the left blade to make sure it was on properly, which of course it wasn't. The service technician got new blades, put them on (while it was raining), and double checked to make sure they were secure. My husband and I were so incredibly thankful the team was so friendly and caring, and for getting us taken care of so quickly. I wish this service department team was a part of my local dealership they were so wonderful. We cannot thank the team enough.
The guys in the service department took care of a whole list of new issues from cam phasers to turbos. They even fixed old issues from my coolant leaking to front end noise that other dealers haven't been able to fix for years. Not only did they get me fixed up, everyone I talked to from the service writers to tech kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend making the drive to Unadilla.

I didn't think she was going to pull the trigger but after talking with the salesperson and them allowing her to take her time and not rush the process, she decided to trade in. She truly loved the employees and customer service here. Their service department was phenomenal as well.
